In the other part of the day, you will wander around the central part of the city and around the Austro-Hungarian buildings. Visit the grounds of  “Meeting of Cultures”. Visit the Ottoman part of the old town ~ this is where east meets the west. Here you will refuel yourself with some burek, a form of baked pastry or cevapi, a form of grilled meat.

At the end of the day, just make sure that you do not miss taking a view of the city atop a vantage point. Visit the Yellow Fortress, which is the perfect sunset spot. You will see the war-battered buildings, the White Fortress, the rolling valleys, and more.

Day 2: Sarajevo

This is going to be your second day in Sarajevo and you are going to visit some of the best museums in the city. Get on to see the War Childhood Museum, the Museum of Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide, and the Srebrenica Gallery. Visit these museums only when you are strong at heart and can handle listening to the real stories, which may affect your mental & emotional strength. Know in advance that it can be a little disturbing for some people.

With this, you can take a break from this dark history and dive deeper into the mountains! This will refresh your mind. You will be taken to the top of Mount Trebevi? via cable car ~ this place will rejuvenate your mind & soul, you can enjoy a picnic into the greenery. Then, with the Bobsled Track, you will get back to the city.

Apart from all this, another important thing you cannot ignore here is Sarajevo’s food. Try the burek, which is most conveniently available in Buregdzinica Bosna. Don’t forget to try the traditional Bosnian food. Ask a local and choose your perfect place for your dinner. At the end of the day get back to your den and enjoy a sound sleep.

Day 3: Konjic

With all such Bosnia vacation packages, the second part of the trip involves traveling to Konjic. Today morning, you will catch a train to Mostar from where you will be traveling to Konjic. This beautiful town located near the bank of the green Neretva River is popular among tourists for being the whitewater rafting base.
