Thailand Travel Review

I was impressed with this travel agencyfrom day 1.  I have traveled abroad but never to Asia before.  I didn't have a lot of knowledge about Thailand either so I was nervous about trying to plan a trip there on my own.  I think it was perhaps through a google search I came across Zicasso- had never heard of the company before but decided to give it a shot and just email them a simple inquiry with some thoughts about what I was looking for.  I was set up with my travel agenct who started putting together a detailed day by day itinerary for me.  It was the easiest and best process possible.  He responded within 24 hours everytime I would email questions or want to change something.  He was very patient and understood exactly the kinds of sightseeing and locations we wanted to travel.  There was no guess work whatsoever and it really put my mind at ease about traveling so far away from home to an unfamiliar region. 

There are several very enjoyable and memorable parts of the trip.  In Bangkok, I'd say I most enjoyed the Street Food Walking tour.  I will admit that this was something that I wanted to do but was a bit hesitant and kind of figured I likely wouldn't end up eating anything.  But we ended up having such a fun guide and group of people that I really let loose and got adventurous.  It was so exciting!  In Chiang Mai my favorite activity was the elephant sanctuary of course.  It was incredible and the service/guides were so friendly and helpful. In Phuket my favorite day was the trip to James Bond Island and canoeing through the caves. I saw some of the most gorgeous scenery of my life. It almost didn't look real!
