Best Travel Experience To New Zealand

For my Australia and New Zealand trip, I came to Leisure for help smoothing out the logistics. I’m really happy I did.  Unfortunately, I had to cut short my trip midway due to an injury (fractured tibia and ankle) My travel planner was very responsive to my asks and helped me with everything. He tried his best and offered refunds in the most transparent and best manner so that the financial impact was less on me  My tour guide in Auckland took me to the hospital. She stayed with me all the time. Next day, at the Waitomo Glowworm Caves the driver carried me on his back to reach the cave. He was really nice and sweet. I was in pain with my fracture but my guide and the driver helped me a lot. Upon arriving to all my destinations Auckland, Bay island and Sydney I was greeted by a member on his team, who brought me to a car where my driver for the trip was waiting  They delivered me to the hotels, with the representative making sure I was checked in properly and knew how, where and when our activities for the next days would unfold. The guides my agent arranged for me in Queenstown, Auckland, Sydney, were all extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Also, my driver was a great driver and an even better person I highly recommend using this company for your trip planning. They are the best!!
