Hi! I just used this tour company for a two week trip to New Zealand & Australia and they were fantastic! Our agent, Mark, was wonderful who suggested one of the best Australia tour packages that was even better than what I could have booked on my own. Mark was very helpful in taking the hassle and worry out of our trip to New Zealand and Australia. I'm very glad to have used this travel company. I was very impressed with the quality of hotels. Mark, my agent, was a gem.

All of the hotels that were chosen for us were in central locations within walking distance to major sites. The tours and excursions that were chosen for us exceeded our expectations! It was truly a fantastic customized trip! I love that we were able to spend 3 nights in Queenstown, NZ and 4 nights in Port Douglas, Australia! Those towns were the best places to have some free time for optional tours. The tours that we took in each city and town were well planned out. We met so many wonderful people! Thanks to "Leisure” for bringing this tour company to me and Mark for planning a trip of a lifetime!

This travel company was amazing to travel with making this a vacation of a lifetime! I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to travel to Australia. The itinerary was great. The hotels we stayed in were not only wonderful, but were located in super convenient in relation to exploring the cities we were in. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. Customer service was spectacular and I couldn't ask for anything better. By far the best experience I've had with a travel agency. During the trip, we got snowed-in in Christchurch and Mark got back to us right away and re-booked our flights, hotels and activities for us so that we could continue on our trip as soon as the airport reopened. I would definitely recommend them. :)
