This tour company- in particular, our agent, was excellent to work with. Under our agent's guidance, we put together a rather complex 8-day trip. She worked with us every step of the way to adjust all of our requests to help make our tour a very remarkable one. Our travel company obviously pays great attention in detail, and this has a great payoff when traveling in a foreign country. The personal guiding that we had in both Tokyo and Kyoto was incredible. Our guides, both fluent English, were extremely knowledgeable about local Burmese culture and very responsive to our requests and physical needs. All of the travel plans within the country were pre-arranged, so transfers (airport to hotel and back) and travel within Myanmar very straightforward. The cultural experiences we had were very significant as well, including two and a half days spent with friends. Although not inexpensive, we feel like we got excellent value for our money, and would highly suggest this company to anyone looking for guidance in visiting that amazing country.
Myanmar is a magnificent country and, full to the edge of iconic views, it stole a piece of our hearts the moment we set foot on the land and landed into the crazy, amazing and inspirational country. Myanmar owns an unbelievable array of things to do: The most enjoyable places we went are sunrise over the Bagan temple, 777 steps of Mount Popa, Stupas at Kakku, Inle Lake and Shwedagon Pagoda.
