Feedback On Travel Company And Travel Experience  

Our travel agency was absolutely marvelous throughout the entire process of planning and arranging our trip which was essentially perfect. In planning, they gave great advice that kept us from being overly ambitious while seeing a huge number of places and sites with an excellent variety that exactly matched what we told them we were looking for.  We had guides and drivers in 7 different cities in China, Myanmar and Hong Kong and all were superb -- always on time, spoke truly excellent English, were quite knowledgeable and bent over backward to make sure we had a marvelous time. On a couple of occasions, we asked to change the original itinerary and they adjusted seamlessly and graciously.

We just cannot say enough good things about the teams we had during the trip.  Whenever we had questions (or self-induced problems -- we got new passports between the time some arrangements had been made and once that surfaced our travel agency took care of promptly advising the various airlines), the headquarters team at our travel agency was always available to answer.
