Iceland Travel Review: Luxury Family Vacation

Our trip to Iceland was hands down one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. I want to thank Leisure for referring us to this travel company. Our travel agent was very patient with me in setting up a trip that my family will always remember. We are a family of 5, with two boys ages 19, 17 and a 13 year old daughter, who really enjoy adventure. Our travel agent helped plan an exciting itinerary and made sure we were taken care in Iceland. He also helped make our reservations for our dinners out and our transfers to and from the airport. His attention to detail is invaluable. Our travel agency's company has this amazing monster truck that took us around everywhere and I mean everywhere and my kids loved it. We went through rivers, on top of glaciers and lots of other fun places that few get to see. Our guide was the Best Guide ever!!! By the end of our trip, he seemed like a part of our family. Our guide was very knowledgeable about everything that is Iceland. Our trip without him would not have been the same. I highly recommend using this travel company for your trip to Iceland!

On our trip we visited the Blue Lagoon, enjoyed Reykjavik, did the Golden Circle, the Thorsmork and Eyjafjallajokull tour, the Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon tour, the Waterfalls and Volcanoes tour and the Glacier, Cave and Steam tour. As you can see we were very busy and loved every minute of it. My favorite was glacier hiking and the glacier lagoon!! I felt as if we did not get the full experience of Reykjavik. It is such a cute town and has lots to see and do. I would like to go back in the winter and hopefully get to see the Northern Lights! Other than that our trip was perfect!
