Awesome Service By This Travel Company

I Found my Our travelGuru Jason in leisure. He hooked us up with a 6 day trip to Cuba. Accommodations, tours, driver, and English speaking guide Liana (amazing), we booked our own flights, total cost was just under $1000. You cannot go anywhere for 6 nights for that. The travel company called us repeatedly to ensure docs were complete, answer any questions, etc. They almost over communicate if that's even possible. Great customer service. When we arrived, our house host was Celia. She had our B&B ready. She had our breakfast ready whatever time we wanted. So friendly and great customer service. She would call cabs if we wanted. Ask, and you shall receive from Celia.

Day 2 we met our tour guide, Liana. Great English, great historian of her country, and again, accommodating to our ever changing minds! We literally asked to delete a portion of our trip and add something else and received a "Sure, no problem!" Liana is supposed to simply be a tour guide, but she is SO much more. When she realized our group would be separated between B&B's once back in Havana, SHE arranged with Celia to switch around guests so we could just occupy one unit. THIS IS NOT HER JOB, but SHE MAKES IT HER JOB. Liana is customer service beyond belief. She even noticed that I like iced coffee, not hot (which they don't do in Cuba), and she told every host to make sure and have filtered ice for me at breakfast. SERIOUSLY? These employees are all tied back to Travel Cuba Tours. I cannot thank this travel company enough!!!
