Amazing Experience Of Traveling To Colombia, Ecuador And Galapagos

I have used this travel company for 2 years in a row and they are fantastic! I tend to book my trips only 4-6 weeks before my departure, and they were not only able to completely accommodate me, but took all the stress of planning off of me.

My first trip last year to Colombia was seamless. Our guide and driver, Mauricio, spoke perfect English, was knowledgeable, and was punctual. The hotels were all very nice, and we stayed at some big names and other boutique locations. Those were a real gem!

This year we did the Wonders of South America trip. We had a wonderful 3-week trip to Colombia, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, all organized according to our wishes by South America Travel.Our flight to Lima was cancelled due to mechanical problems, causing us to miss our first day, but the company diligently worked to get us to Popayan  on time on our second day and rearranged our Cusco/Sacred Valley itineraries to fit in as much as we could in one day. Our guide, Melissa, was extremely knowledgeable! After we experienced a poor guide in Iguazu Falls, they dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently, and we were pleased with the outcome. Our guide and driver in Rio de Janeiro, Renato, was wonderful!

This travel company hires very good people. I felt safe while traveling and I was getting a fantastic experience with them! I would highly recommend them. I worked with both Annica and Rebecca. Everything went very smoothly, we had no problem whatsoever. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who would like to travel to South America!
