Feedback On Travel Company And Travel Experience  

I started talking to Paul at this South American travel agency in the early stages of planning the trip. Paul listened carefully to what we were looking for and came up with an outline itinerary and cost that was the best match for our requirements,  We were planning, what for us would be the trip of a lifetime, to experience South America. We finalized the itinerary and nailed down the costs fairly quickly and a fully detailed tour of five countries over 30 days was produced. Paul and the team of experts in each location were fantastic. Always on time, enthusiastic and helpful.  

Although there was a leap of faith involved in forwarding the funds we needn't have worried as everything we had agreed was booked and paid for in advance. To maximize value for money Paul had booked us a flight that was going to get us into Rio a little later than we wanted. On discussion, it transpired that I could book a more convenient time through a UK travel agent at a better price so that's what we did. That flexibility was greatly appreciated.  The whole tour went extraordinarily well with every item of the tour being fulfilled. Paul even took time out of his evening to pop in and say hello when we were in Cusco.
