Feedback On Travel Company And Travel Experience  

We are active travelers and we usually plan our trips on our own, but due to some unfortunate events happened, we booked a travel agency that can take care of our trip planning. When we first approach the traveling agency, they showed us a blend of some super cool vacation packages and reasonable prices that will make our trip sorted. But since that was our first time, we really got confused with these packages and ended up calling off their services. The agent got our problem and he called us back and suggested the vacation package that suits our preferences. He was so friendly, knowledge and smart that he got the idea about our problem. He resolved our problem of selecting the best vacation package that will go with our budget and preferences.

There were so many places that we visited during our Bali tours like Gill Island, Ubud, Mt Bromo Caldera and many more. But the most enjoyable part of the tour was when we cycled through the countryside of Ubud was really good. This is so exciting and one of the best ways to experience the culture in the most healthy way. When it comes to accommodation and food, both were awesomely planned. The agent made sure that the itinerary would go as our preferences. So, we are quite happy with their services and would recommend it to our friends and family.
