They were more than I had hoped for. At the beginning of my trip, United airlines canceled my first flight & I missed all my connecting flights. They rerouted me, but instead of landing in Ethiopia, I landed in Nairobi (and 12 hours later). This Tanzania safari tour operator made sure I had a contact in Nairobi in case my flight to Kilimanjaro was canceled. I felt very secure and all the accommodations they had arranged for me throughout my trip were excellent. There was always someone to meet me at each location. All of the guides were very kind and knowledgeable.

The Olakira campsite and the people who run it. The safari was wonderful, the driver & guide showed me as much as they could each time we were out on safari. The wonderful meals that were cooked in camp (I don't know how they did it!) The Fumba Beach Lodge in Zanzibar was a dream. Beautiful cottage, right on the beach, the food was wonderful. The owners were great, gave good advice about what to do while there.
