Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Presidential Suites at Andes Highlands

After you arrive at Quito International Airport, it will be a 2-hour journey before you reach Hacienda Zuleta which has a rustic charm. It is not a typical hotel or lodge, but it is an exclusive escape to something that truly reflects the discerning presidential tastes. The paintings, furniture, wine & cheese tasting along with a sense of privacy will be an excellent start for your honeymoon. Take proper rest before you indulge yourself in activities on the next day.

Day 2-3: Zuleta's private reserve

After the breakfast, you can enjoy the majestic views of the Andes and the array of walking trails. It will be like an outdoor playground where alpacas and llamas graze on flat green pastures. There will be many rides for both guided and unguided trips which are available as per your requirement. You will find a stable with a paddock of horses which have been selectively bred for more than 100 years. You can enjoy a picnic on the open-ground along with completely harmless animals around you.

Day 4: Galapagos Cruise (walk amidst Giant Tortoises)

Your time at Galapagos will be split between a small boat cruise and 7-nights at the oceanfront.  After you fly from Quito, you can have your lunch in the Highlands of Santa Cruz.  You will be amazed by the size of the tortoises that surrounds the charming dining area. After the lunch, you can have a hand-in-hand walk and explore the habitat of giant tortoises. You can also visit the famous Charles Darwin Research Station at Puerto Ayora. This is just a start of the adventurous wildlife at the Galapagos. Thereafter, you can board the yacht with amazing ocean views and a master's suite with all world class facilities. 

Day 5-6: Bird Sighting, Sea turtles and Galapagos Penguin

In these two days, you will experience a different life in the middle of the ocean. There are different Islands which are famous for a different type of activities. You can start with Espanola with a visit to Gardener Bay. The gardener is on the north side of the Island and it has white sand beaches where you can tame the Galapagos sea lions and you can also find Española Mockingbird which is one of the most curious bird in the world. You may also find the Galapagos Dove, Gray Warbler-Finch, and Galapagos Hawk. On the next day, you can move to San Cristóbal island which offers endemic species San Cristóbal Mockingbird. Some of the visitor sites include Punta Pitta, Isla Lobos, and Kicker Rock. This island is also famous for excellent snorkeling activities which you can enjoy with your partner.

Day 7-8: Santa Fé, South Plazas, and Genovesa

Santa Fé and South Plazas has a striking scenery and are known as the islands of the reptiles. You will find the local residents within the forest with giant Opuntia Cacti. At the south plaza, you can enjoy the view of breeding seabirds like red-billed tropicbird and swallow-tailed gulls. The island Genovesa is also known as the Bird Island. You can take a stroll on the island along with nesting Red-footed Boobies, Swallow-tailed Gulls and Great Frigatebirds. It is also an excellent site for Night-Herons that sometimes gather in order to hunt. 

Day 9-10: Santiago, Bartolomé, Rábida, and Chinese Hat

The Santiago island has some of the extraordinary volcanic activities and you can enjoy a bird photography on this island. You will also enjoy Iguanas, Sea-lions, and marine life that offers a splendid overall view. In the afternoon, you can visit Bartolomé which will impress you with Pinnacle Rock. Couples can also enjoy swimming and snorkeling along with Galapagos penguins. On the next day, you can visit Rábida Island which is located off the coast of Santiago. The red color rocks and sand are unique features and you will find the American flamingos, White-cheeked Pintails, common Cactus Finch, Galapagos dove, and Frigatebird.

Day 11-13: Isabela Island 

Isabela Island is a beach getaway and there is an intense and exclusive sense of seclusion which is ideal for honeymooners like you. 3 days on this island will be a paradise and prefer to enjoy at your own pace. You will have a number of options like hiking, Sierra Negra excursion, stroll at wildlife sites, and several other activities. On the last day of your trip, you can take a flight back to the Balta Airport which will mark an end to your amazing and unpredictable journey.
