Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Oslo

On arrival at the airport, meet your private guide, who will transfer you to your luxury hotel. Later, wander around Aker Brygge, which is an area on the Oslofjord made up of gorgeous, modern buildings. Spend the visiting the Norwegian Open-Air Folk Museum. Return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 2: Oslo Exploration

Stroll along the Havnepromenaden (harbor promenade), which blends history, art, sightseeing, architecture, with a little bit of adventure. Visit the Vigeland Sculpture Park, where 200 majestic sculptures are placed throughout this green lung in the middle of the city.  Explore the local market and enjoy traditional cuisine, before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Heading to Bergen

Take an hours flight to Bergen. Board a ride to the Floibanen funicular to the top of Mount Floyen, which is one of the seven peaks of Bergen for the most amazing views of the city. Take a leisurely walk back down the path while discovering hidden troll sculptures en route. Then, check out the Bryggen area of downtown to witness the gorgeous waterfront wooden houses characterizing the city, dating back to the 1700s  and is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site. Check into yout hotel for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay. 

 

Day 4: Exploring Bergen

Today morning, youll meet up with a local for a tailored private tour of Bergen. Hike Mt. Sandviken: This hike takes 2.5 hours and heads to Mt. Sandviken and visit to Stoltzekliven, which is a local favorite consisting of 900 steps constructed by sherpas from Nepal. This trail is home to the steepest race in the globe and features splendid views from the top!

Day 5: Bergen has more to offer

Go on a guided walking tour of 3 hours, starting from the city center and traveling through narrow streets up to the mountainside known as Sandviksbatteriet with awe-inspiring views over the city. From here, the trail takes you to a tiny, hidden cabin rich in World War II history. During the walk, your guide will narrate local tales of the citys history and culture. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, before returning to your luxury hotel for dinner. 

Day 6: A Train Ride to Flam

This morning, hop on the worlds gorgeous train ride on the Flam Railway. The journey is steep in places and crosses through waterfalls and spectacular landscapes. On reaching the quaint village of Flam, just sit back for some time, relishing lunch at a cafe. Enjoy the calm nature or go for a walk through town before you board your mid-afternoon scenic ferry ride back to Bergen by way of the Sognefjord, the longest and deepest fjord of Norway. Have a late dinner and explore the citys vibrant nightlife, before heading to your hotel.

Day 7: A Cruise Ride Through Fjord to Mostraumen

Hop on a private luxury cruise from Bergen's port, taking you through a three-hour journey via deep fjord via Mostraumen strait to Modalen. You will sail along the 16-mile Osterfjorden passing prominent fjords, steep mountains, and gorgeous waterfalls. Your captain will sail the boat's bow right up to a cascading waterfall to get a splash of ice-cold mountain water before it takes a turn around in Modalen and retraces the glorious landscape. Spend the remaining day further exploring the city, taste the local food and wine, before heading to your hotel. 

Day 8: Departure Back Home

It's time to bid a final farewell to Norway! Your private guide will escort you to the International airport for your return flight back home.
