Day 1: Milan - A Sneak Peek into the Beauty of famous Fashion District

Milan or Milano in Italian is the second largest city of the country, after Rome.  This is considered as the fashion city and it’s the proper piece that showcases sophistication and elegance. And, the graceful historical remains of the city, the amazingly beautiful restaurants and cafes along with the aesthetic sprint of fashion, is something that will definitely take any visitor’s breath away. On your trip, you will be landing at the Malpensa Airport and you will be greeted by your private transfer right there. In addition to being the commercial center of Italy, Milan does not lack behind in being the known for its rich cultural heritage and Piazza del Duomo absolutely defines that.

And, you will be introduced to the great fashion art museum that displays the great Armani style called Armani Silos and the wonders of Italy begins at here. This outstandingly gorgeous gallery was opened in the year 2015, which used to be a cereal storage facility before. It has now some of the best designs of Giorgio Armani who is among the best fashion designers of the country. Day 2: Milan – A Beautiful Tour at the Silk Factory and Museum

After having your lunch, you will be escorted warmly by your guide to the North of Italian Aps that is supposedly the border between Switzerland and Italy. You will get to find a whiff of pine emanating from the surrounding evergreen and the uplifting aroma from the virgin waters of Lake Combo. And, the city is also known for being a Silk producing state. It was called as the “City of Silk” initially! You will get to see the Silk Museum, Museo Didattico della Seta which has collection of documents, samples, machines and various other related artifacts. The chamber of Commerce, Camera di Commercio, houses this Museum. Even today, the Italian silk is believed to be baroque, lavish, elegant, and a variety of International fashion icons have proudly included it in their wardrobes. Be it Angelina Jolie or Barack Obama or Stella McCartney all of them have been great admirer of Italian Silk. Your tour will end here with an interesting visit to factory shop that displays tailored shirts, dresses, blouses and unique garments.

Day 3: Alba – Explore the White Truffle Capital of the World

Alba city will introduce you to the gourmet delicacies of Italy in cuisines and architecture. The late night and the morning fog rolling down the hills, transforms the picturesque beauty of the surrounding and that’s nothing less than the retro filters. You will get to see more than 100 Towers that perfectly defines the medieval community stature and provides you with a beautiful welcoming ambience. You will be meeting your private guide at a private farm and he will help you hunt for the white truffle. And, a special kind of Dog will skillfully lead the pack in exploring the truffle through the soil and your guide will explain everything. He will tell you when Dogs are actually pups, how they are fed with a bit of truffle. And those puppies who demand for more grow up as Dogs who can sniff out the cooking ingredient. These truffles, you can find hidden around the roots of the trees, all wrapped in chunk of mud and around the fallen leaves.

Day 4, 5, 6: Bologna –The Barilla Pasta Factory, Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Tour

You will feel the penchant of the previous day enveloping you throughout in the morning.  And, after having breakfast, you will be heading towards your next journey to the heart of Italy, Bologna. People also lovingly call it as “The Fat One”! Before venturing through h the city of Bologna, you will be travelling to the largest pasta Factory of Italy. It’s also the biggest pasta making factory around the world. This welcoming facility makes the definitive staple of the Italian diet. You will undoubtedly be mesmerized at the scent of the fresh pasta emanating from the factory.

After making your visit to the Pasta-making factory, you will start a full day exploration of the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. This is the fourth day of your trip and you are going to be even more excited. You will be escorted by your private driver to the cheese factory from the Bologna in the morning. This facility is one of the traditional cheese producers among the 384 authorized Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese-makers in the area. The factory was first operated by Monks and had worked since 13th century and it continues to use fresh ingredients without any added preservative. After visiting the cheese factory, you can visit through the great Ferrari Museum and get to know some of the celebrated sports cars.  

Eataly, the great food-themed amusement park was opened in 2017, providing scope to the users to indulge themselves into the culinary adventure spanning 25 acres. It is inclusive of a livestock stall housing cows, chickens and goats, dairy plant, and also a small sized forest that showcases dogs’ skills of hunting truffles. And, at the Ducat factory you will get to know the artistic integrity and power of designing and producing the iconic motorcycles. This has a long lived history of 90 years, for its excellence in terms of speed, style and force. And, here you will notice that it’s not just a motorcycle, but a piece of art.
