Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Santiago

Upon arriving in Santiago, the capital of Chile, you will want to spend some time exploring the city at leisure.  Experience the citys historic charms exude from the architecture in the neighborhoods of Bellas Artes and Barrio Brasil. Enjoy the local markets, and grab a coffee from one of the endearing cafes. Then, return to your hotel for dinner. 

Day 2: Venture Through San Antonio Valley

After breakfast, your private guide will meet you in your hotel lobby and take you on an hours drive to the sensational San Antonio Valley. witness the city center of Santiago bustling with activity. Enjoy sampling some of Chiles most famous wines. Visit the vineyard, witness the bottling and storage facilities, and learn about harvesting the grapes off the vines. In the evening, visit some of the city's landmarks, such as the Plaza de Armas, Cerro San Cristobal, and Mercado Central. Return to the hotel. 

Day 3: Santiago to the Andes Mountains

After breakfast, hop on an hours drive to the Andes Mountains, where you will spend the next few days exploring the beautiful landscape. Check into your hotel in the small mountain town of Valle Nevado, a paradise for snowboarders. Take a ski or snowboard lesson with one of the resort's certified instructors. Take a break and enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the resort's on-mountain restaurants. Spend the afternoon exploring the resort's extensive ski terrain. With over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, there is something for everyone, from gentle beginner slopes to challenging black diamond runs. After skiing or snowboarding, unwind at one of the resort's spas or hot tubs. Finish off the day with delicious Chilean cuisine. 

Day 4: Hike to the Laguna del Inca

Today, you will embark on a moderate to challenging hike to the Laguna del Inca, a stunning alpine lake in the Andes Mountains. The hike will take about 6-8 hours round trip, with an elevation gain of approximately 1,300 meters (4,265 feet). You will be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys along the way. Have a delicious meal before retiring to bed.

Day 5: Santiago to Torres del Paine National Park

Catch a three-hour flight to Punta Arenas. On arrival, enjoy the view of ancient forests and rivers having turquoise waters surrounding the campsite. Visit the Torres del Paine National Park and explore the surrounding landscape, wandering through the trees, the lake, and the nearby mountains of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and get enough rest for tomorrows hiking adventure. 

Day 6: Hike to the Torres del Paine

Today, you will embark on a challenging hike to the Torres del Paine, a trio of granite peaks that towers over the national park. The hike will take about 8-10 hours round trip and require a high level of physical fitness. You will be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys along the way. 

Day 7: Hike to the Grey Glacier

Today, you will enjoy a moderate hike to the Grey Glacier, a massive ice field located in the heart of the national park. The hike will take about 6-8 hours round trip and offer stunning views of the glacier and the surrounding landscape. Have a scrumptious meal and catch a flight back to Santiago. 

Day 8: Departure

After a week of beautiful hikes and breathtaking scenery, it is time to say goodbye to Chile and begin your journey home. Your private guide will escort you to the airport for your international departure.
