Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:Welcome to Yerevan

Meet your private guide at Yerevan airport, who will transfer you to your hotel. Set off with your guide on an introductory tour of the city, including the Blue Mosque and the Surb Sargis Church. Afterward, climb up the 750 limestone steps of the Cascade staircase for an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. Proceed to the Kond district for an offbeat travel experience, followed by the ancient urban area of Erebuni Fortress to learn about its historical details. Enjoy local delicacies and go to the premium bars. Return to the hotel for the night. 

Day 2: Discover the capital city

Today, go on a tour of the Armenian Genocide Museum to learn about the nation's past and culture. After a scrumptious lunch, visit some famous art galleries. Experience the wonderful parks and museums here. In the evening, witness the singing fountain show and Republic Square.

Day 3: A trip of Garni and Geghard

Visit the Temple of Garni, the sole Greek-Romanian colonnaded building in any of the post-Soviet nations. Get an example of pre-Christian Armenia. After that, your guide will take you in a private car to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Geghard, which has breathtaking landscapes, and the Geghard Monastery.

Day 4: A view of Mt. Ararat at Khor Virap

Day 6: A journey to Areni

Day 7: Exploring Tatev

Take a trip to the border of Iran to experience the Tatev Monastery in Tatev. Hop on to a premium ride in a cable car to access the monastery. You will get some beauty sleep back in your hotel after you have soaked in this ninth-century complex.

Day 8: Tatev to Dilijan

Today, have a leisurely breakfast before going on to explore the beautiful Shaki Waterfall. The basalt lava flows solidified here and created a ledge. This helped to form this amazing natural attraction which gets tourists round the year. Return to the hotel after this for an onward journey to Dilijan.

Day 9: Experiencing Dilijan

Today, your private guide will take you on a tour of Dilijan. The Dilijan National Park is known as "Armenian Switzerland." Spend a wonderful day here and soak in the architecture of the place. End the day with an authentic Armenian dinner at one of the finest restaurants.

Day 10: Dilijan to Lori Province

Choose your preferred hiking trail based on your level of expertise. Spend the day leisurely by visiting Parz Lake, gorgeous waterfalls, and ancient monasteries. Come back for a premium meal and rejuvenate for your onward journey to Lori Province.

Day 11: Witnessing Lori Province

Experience several UNESCO world heritage sites in the Lori Province. This includes Haghpat, Sanahin, and Akhtala Monasteries. The Akhtala monastery is one of the most well preserved monasteries in the entire nation. There are many artistic frescoes to be enjoyed here.

Day 12: Other Monasteries of Lori Province

Explore the other famous monasteries of this region. Travel back to ancient times as you look at the tenth-century Haghpat Monastery. The structure was built halfway up a hillside to give it greater protection from prying eyes. The other monasteries are also located close to each other.  

Day 13: Departure

Your private guide will take you back to the capital city on the final day. Enjoy shopping in the Vernissage flea market and soaking in the citys atmosphere. Then, your private guide will transfer you to the airport for your international departure.
