Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok

Welcome to Bangkok, the bustling capital of Thailand! Meet your tour guide, who will transfer you to your hotel. Then, set out for an introductory tour of the city. Stroll through the bustling Amphawa Floating Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. These markets offer a wide variety of items, including clothing, accessories, souvenirs, street food, and local products. Return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 2: Bangkok exploration

Today, after breakfast, visit Wat Mangkon Kamalawat, also known as the Dragon Temple, the largest Chinese temple in Bangkok. Next, head to Wat Suthat, one of the city's oldest temples, and admire its stunning red and gold structure and impressive Buddha statue. End your day with a stroll through the vibrant and colorful Khao San Road, known for its street food stalls and lively atmosphere. Try some local street food and soak up the atmosphere before returning to your hotel for dinner.

Day 3: More sight-seeing in Bangkok

Start your day by visiting the Grand Palace, a former royal residence and one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Allow 2 hours to tour the complex and marvel at the intricate architecture and gold-plated details. Next, head to Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, located within the Grand Palace grounds. Spend some time admiring the delicate carvings and ornate decorations. Take a break from the temples with a visit to the bustling Chatuchak Weekend Market, the largest outdoor market in the world. Browse through thousands of stalls selling everything from handmade crafts to fresh produce. End your day with a visit to Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, known for its stunning Khmer-style spires. Watch as the temple is illuminated at sunset and enjoy views of the city from the river. 

Day 4: Safari Adventure at Khao Yai National Park

Start a three-hour journey to Khao Yai National Park in the wee hours. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in Khao Yai National Park, Thailand's oldest and largest national park. Here, you'll find a diverse landscape of rolling hills, lush jungles, and sparkling waterfalls. Spend the day on a safari adventure, exploring the park on a 4x4 vehicle and spotting exotic wildlife such as gibbons, elephants, and monkeys. Check your cozy lodge nearby the park for a delicious dinner and sleep. 

Day 5: Fly to Chiang Mai

Today, you'll fly to Chiang Mai, the cultural heart of northern Thailand. This city is surrounded by mountains and is known for its rich history, beautiful temples, and vibrant night markets. Take an introductory guided tour of the city, visiting famous temples such as Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang.  Check into your luxury hotel for a lavish dinner and a good night's rest. 

Day 6: A Day In The Elephant Sanctuary

After breakfast, spend a day in the lush jungles of Chiang Mai and visit an elephant sanctuary (a three-hour drive). Here, you'll learn about the lives of these gentle giants and their role in Thai culture. Interact with the elephants, feed them, and take a gentle ride through the jungle on the back of one of these magnificent creatures. Return to your hotel.  

Day 7: Chiang Rai and the Golden Triangle

Travel for two hours on a private ride to Chiang Rai and visit the famous Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet. This area is known for its stunning scenic beauty and rich cultural heritage. After a delicious lunch, take a boat ride down the Mekong River and visit the famous Hall of Opium Museum. Return to your hotel for dinner. 

Day 8: Hill Tribe Villages Drive

Today, you'll visit the hill tribe villages in Chiang Rai and learn about the lives of these communities. You'll interact with the friendly locals and learn about their customs, traditions, and way of life. View the picturesque villages, admire the stunning views, and sample the delicious local cuisine. Return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 9: Fly to Koh Samui

Fly to the beautiful island of Koh Samui and spend the day at leisure. This island is famous for its stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lush vegetation. Soak up the sun on the beach, swim in the warm waters, or explore the local villages and markets. 

Day 10: Departure

Your unforgettable Thailand Safari adventure comes to an end today. Get a private transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
