Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome To Nile Village

We will greet you at the Entebbe International Airport. It's a 3 hours drive from the airport to the Nile village, where you will stay in a luxury lodge. Enjoy the beautiful scenic of east Uganda in your drive and if you are lucky you can also notice a member of the African big fife on your way to the lodge. Immerse in the scenic view through the windows while taking special flavored tea. The lodge also offers a luxury spa for your comfort. This is your leisure day, so enjoy the day relaxing and viewing nature’s game through your window.

Day 2 - Hike To The Victoria Nile

Get ready for a moderate hiking tour after your breakfast. It’s said that one views the most spectacular things on the planet from the top of the Victoria Nile. Here we suggest a guided hiking tour instead of a boat cruise because cruise cannot take you to the closest where you can hike yourself. It’s moderate hiking of around 45 minutes which is filled with the enchanting view of the Uhuru Falls throughout. We will be camping at the top of the fall for the day enjoying a delicious meal and will come back to the lodge by the evening.

Day 3 - Game drive in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This morning you will fly to Bwindi Impenetrable from Entebbe International Airport in a light aircraft. Once you reach Bwindi, get ready for a thrill-filled day as today we will head towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the most adventurous gaming park in East Africa. It’s a steep mountain rainforest that is home to an estimated 350 gorillas. Enjoy trekking with the mountain gorillas with our experienced guides and create a lifetime memory. You can also view other species like duikers, bushbucks, African golden cats, and the rare giant forest hog as well as several endangered species, like the African green broadbill. This park is also liked by the bird-watchers as it hosts about 350 species of birds. We will be back to our Bwindi lodge at by the evening followed by a delicious dinner.

Day 4 - Explore Igongo Cultural Centre

This morning after breakfast we will take you to the Igongo village where you can explore the history and culture of Uganda. Meet the local people, visit the museum and have a great meal with Uganda’s traditional Ankole dishes.

Day 5 - Departure

With warm greetings from the staff followed by a special breakfast, your Thanksgiving holiday in Uganda comes to an end. We will transfer you to the airport and you will leave for home with a bunch of unforgettable memory.
