In case you are not aware of the popularity of this reserve, we would like to tell you that Moremi Game Reserve has been voted the best game reserve in the African continent in 2008. The reserve is a first of its kind because it is the only reserve which was founded by a group of local residents. When in the reserve, you will get to witness some of the most stunning scenery in the country with an equally impressive ecosystem. The park has a couple of great campsites which you should not miss experiencing. Book a full day in the reserve and enjoy camping in the lap of the mother nature.

Day 3: Gabane

Want to explore hills on foot, head straight to Gabane to fulfill your desires. The Gabane village is packed with countless surprising elements. Unlike a boring village, Gabane is quite industrious and boasts an array of small manufacturers. You will find this village seeling the best of their pottery and glasswork with a pride. While exploring their products, you may wish to buy some which would make the local residents happy and appraised. Apart from this, the village is a great place to go hiking.

Day 4: Masai Mara

A drive to Masai Mara will take you to the land of mammals and golden savannah.  Things to admire at Maasai Mara are many and you will be needing a full day to explore and delve deep into the park.  Look across the Mara River towards Tanzania and the plains of the Serengeti. It is across this crocodile and hippo infested river that the Great Wildebeest Migration makes its bold crossing, in pursuit of greener pastures. A lucky few may have the opportunity to observe this dangerous spectacle. Do not miss the incredible boisterous young males fight for mating rights and bull elephants drinking water in a group.

Day 5: Makadgandi salt pans

Step into the land of salt pans which dominates Makadgandi in all senses. The miles-long salt pans were once submerged by a lake which was of the size of Switerzland. Walking over these salt pans will give you a sense of solitude and a reason to escape from modern life. You will find a sense of peace while walking into the land where you will hardly see any human besides your family and a local guide. You may also spot some wilds roaming freely in the pans and it may include the big cats. While rhinos can be spotted most frequently, keep your eyes open to spot some more. Explore untamed areas of Makadgandi and get the best out of your Botswana Safari. You may also opt to stay overnight in Botswana Safari Camps. If not, return back to your hotel before the dark.

Spotting the wilds in the wilderness can be done better here. In summers, you could notice a number of wildebeests of all shapes and sizes roaming massively on the land.
