I went to Bhutan in December 2017. It was an impromptu visit as the Christmas times call for a tour in my place. But mostly we don’t plan anything till the last point. Bhutan popped on our radar because we thought it to be a serene place away from the noise of towns. We obviously did not want to go to a coastal country as we had been doing so for over a time. Our Bhutan trip was combined with India but we spend our 3 days in Bhutan and it was quite a fun time there. We got to know about this trip from this exclusive website Leisure. They had this special itinerary made for Bhutan that I liked very much. The rest was discussed on the call and I insisted them to tag the trip to Bhutan with our India Itinerary and they happily did that. We wanted this and got instantly and could not believe our luck. The travel company made it sure that we get the maximum of the benefits in the most inexpensive ways and we got everything that we desired there.
The best part of the trip was our tour guides and they were pretty knowledgeable and personable and they mixed with us quite comprehensively. When we wanted to do things off the beaten track, they were more than willing to accommodate our requests. They would always comply with us on everything that we asked them and were more than happy to assist us anywhere. We had a great time there as we did a lot of activities there like visiting the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, watching the fog roll in the valley at Punakha. We also went for a picnic down the riverfront.
We would definitely like to tell people to visit Bhutan at least for once in their life as there aren’t many countries so beautiful than Bhutan. Also, do all your bookings with this agency to get maximum benefits.
