After pickup in Cartagena, board a shared speedboat to Isla Grande, the largest of all islands that form Rosario Islands, National Park. The tour involves a welcome drink and a traditional buffet lunch of fresh fish, coconut rice, fried plantains, and a soft drink. This is located 10 minutes away from the volcano, the first stop will be at the nonindustrial museum where you will stay for 30 minutes, then next stop is at the India Catalina monument, a legendary woman of Colombian history. The best part of this tour is spending some time at the salt mine where you will have time to take pictures and enjoy the marvelous pink sea. The Lunch is around 1:00 pm, you have 3 options to choose from fish, chicken or vegetarian, also we will going to show you a folkloric presentation. The return is at 3:30 pm leaving the city, arriving at Cartagena around 4:30 to 5:00 pm.

First, pass through Cartagena’s picturesque Getsemani neighborhood, famous for its graffiti street art and hip nightlife, and pay a visit to a local shopping mall, before entering into the buzzing marketplace. Follow your guide around the maze of stalls, stopping to take a glance at a metal mechanic workshop, and view the local craftsmen at work. After working up an urge for food by walking around the market, stop to savor lunch at the legendary Ceci's restaurant, which was popularly featured on American chef Anthony Bourdain's TV show. After tucking into an array of Colombian masterpieces, enjoy a short walk through the fish market before leaving the market, where your driver will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel.
Depart from your Cartagena hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan and relax during the spectacular 4-hour drive to Santa Marta. Once you reach the city, we will treat you with a delicious lunch. After launch, there will be a 1-hour drive to reach the alluring entrance of Tayrona National Park. Continue to Tayrona National Park, a protected plot of wilderness surrounded by the large Santa Marta mountain range on one side and the scenic Caribbean on the other. Today’s plan includes a fair amount of hiking, so be prepared and make sure your trekking shoes are on. It takes an hour or two to reach the first beach, with a few up and down parts, and if it rains it may turn a little sloppy here and there. The reward, however, is not only the beautiful beaches but the hike itself. The aura of the jungle, the wonderful scenery and the first sight of the sea make for an enchanting day out among nature. When it's all over and you have enjoyed enough adventure, we return to Cartagena.
