Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam
It is the first day of the tour when you arrive at the capital city of Hanoi. The city is the mixture of the modern advancements coupled with history smitten all over it. Your tour guide and agent will then assist your transfer to the hotel you have been booked into. Take rest as the following days would be tough on the tour.
Day 2: Exploring Hanoi and its History
On the second day, you will be exploring the historical and cultural background of Hanoi, the center of great historical values. The tour guide would arrange for you a ‘Cyclo’ a tourist bicycle rickshaw which will take you to various parts of Hanoi with ease. Here, you will see the locals wearing different types of conical hats while also carrying large baskets. It will be strapped to their bicycles and would be woven in nature. You can also buy those conical hats which come off pretty cheap in the old market. You will then reach the Museum of Ethnology which displays the intricacies of 54 ethnic groups who reside inside Vietnam. Here the purpose remains to preserve the cultural heritage of the place and to showcase the world of their historical package. You can also find various artifacts in the museum like the jewelry to the tapestries to textiles and also the calligraphy. The total number of these artifacts range up to 15000 and are highly indigenous and priceless.
Day 3: Experience the Minority Village of Mai Chau in the Countryside, Venturing to the Northern City of Sapa on the Chinese Border
On this day, a private transfer would take you to the hillside of the country around Sapa. You would visit the ancient village of Mai Chau which is situated at the foothills of the hills and between the cliffs. You would find these setting very photo worthy. Meet the local families who would be ready to guide you through the intricacies of the town. They will take you to meet the different cultures of the valley. In the evening time, climb on a train where you would be booked beforehand to reach the Sapa which is a city situated near the border of China.
Day 4: Discovering the Cultures and Landscape around Sapa
On the fourth day, your guide will help you explore the landscape and culture in and around Sapa. You will wake with the mist of the place and warming lights of the sun gazing through the cliffs of Sapa. Here you are under the vicinity of the tallest mountain of the country – Fan Si Pan which is around 10,300 feet taller. On this day, you will also visit the ethnic minorities of the place such as the Red Dao and the Black H’mong.
Day 5: Enjoy an Overnight Cruise along the Famous Shores of Ha Long Bay
On the morning of the fifth day, you will be taken to the railway station to be transferred to the Ha Long Bay. You will get to get on the Cruise line which would be waiting for you to take you along the never forgetting moments of your lives. There are around 1600 islands along this archipelago with endless magnificence and stunning beauty smitten all over these islands. Look upon the emerald waters in the Gulf of Tonkin. After having these memorable trips in the Ha Long Bay, care to step on the white sands of the Lan Ha Bay which is east of the Cat Ba Town.
Day 6: Spend the Morning Drifting through Ha Long Bay before Returning to Hanoi
It is the sixth day of the trip and would be the best day of the trip when you spend your time at the Ha Long Bay before returning to the capital city. The first half of the day would be spent in venturing through the natural beauty of the Ha Long Bay. Then you visit the Dau Be Island which is more than 417 feet tall. There is another spot worth visiting in the Ba Ham Lake which is also the most famous tourist point of the Island. It is the place where three ocean basins converge. It is here that the golden monkeys are found. People from all over the world come here to see the golden monkeys who are the jewels of the place.
In the evening you will have a private transfer to the capital city of Hanoi where you would spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.
Day 7: Departure from Hanoi
The last day of the trip would see your transfer to the Airport and departure from the most reverberating places in the world.
