Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - Rome

 

At Leonardo da Vinci Airport, you will meet your private guide who will take you to your hotel in the center of Rome with a view of the baroque glory of the Trevi Fountain, featured in the famous Italian movie La Dolce Vita.

After unwinding, the guide will take you on a stroll, and you will visit one of the finest wine bars and restaurants. The city's narrow lanes and beautiful piazzas make it an excellent place to explore on foot. 

Day 2: Touring Vatican, Colosseum, and Forum

 

Meet the tour guide after an early breakfast and head out to view  Vatican City home to the domed St Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel including Michelangelo's famous frescoes. 

Then, you'll start from the Vatican to Assisi. 

Visit the world's most iconic sights, including the Roman ruins of the Colosseum and Forum. Relax at Palatine Hill, the romantic landscape is strewn with collapsed columns, wildflowers, and acanthus plants. In the ancient Republic, Cicero and Crassus lived in this affluent neighborhood.

Day 3: Assisi and Siena

 

Today, you will explore this small town dating back to the Middle era. Visit the Basilica of St. Francis and see works by Giotto and Cimabue. Then, you will go to Seina in a private car for a 2-hour drive. You will enjoy a 90-minute guided walking tour of Siena's artistic, religious, and cultural treasures. The finest way to see the highlights of Siena is on foot, while your guide tells you about the city's aristocratic families and the famed Siena Palio.

Day 4 - Florence

In the morning, spend the day exploring Florence, the origin of the Renaissance. We will visit the Duomo, the Campanile Tower, and Palazzo Vecchio. Enjoy your lunch in a traditional restaurant in Piazza Santa Croce. 

In the afternoon, stroll around the cobblestone alleys before taking a short excursion to Pisa, where you can visit the Square of Miracles, the Leaning Tower, and the Duomo. Have supper before returning to your Florence hotel. After returning to Florence, relax well in your hotel and prepare for the next day. 

Day 5 - Florence to Venice

Start for Bologna after breakfast in Florence. Travel through the city's 38 kilometers' worth of beautiful arcades, for which it is recognized. From Piazza Malpighi, travel to Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore in the city's center. In the afternoon, proceed towards Padova, with its unique Sant'Antonio Basilica. Later in the evening, you will reach Venice, renowned for its picturesque gondola boats and intricate architecture. Check-in at your hotel and relish your first Venetian dinner in the luxury hotel.

Day 6 - Venice

Board a private boat to sail in the water and enjoy a ride through the canals of Venice. Take a halt at Murano to be informed about the ancient art of glass blowing. Proceed to St. Mark's Square to tour the beautiful cathedral. View the Doge Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Enjoy the afternoon strolling along Venice's canals at your leisure, then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 - Tuscany and Montepulciano

 

After breakfast, depart from Piazzale Rome, traveling to Tuscany, world-famous for its landscapes, churches, castles, and delightful wines. Continue to Val di Chiana with a stop in Montepulciano, a medieval city rich in history and art. Famous for its "Noble" wine, on purchase in local wine houses, Montepulciano also entertains with an annual jazz and wine festival every July. Enjoy your lunch in a traditional restaurant.

Enjoy the afternoon exploring Montepulciano, relishing free wine tastings in various wine shops, and free time for shopping. 

Day 8: Departure
