Day 1: Welcome to Namibia

Meet your private guide at Windhoek airport, who will transfer you to your hotel. Your arrival in Namibia will happen in the late evening. This means you won't have enough time to step out and explore beautiful Namibia on day one. Hence, relaxing and resting in the hotel is highly recommended, especially if you are on a family vacation.

Day 2: Meeting the Himba

Today, drive and meet the talented and unique Himba people. They are one of the last Semi-nomadic humans who have managed to survive the drastic climatic changes and the vast desert of Namibia. The moment you meet them, the quirky red sand covering all over their skin will grab your attention. They have their own lifestyle, and they are somewhere proud of it. They have kept themselves miles away from westernity, making them unique yet inspiring people of the world. Admire the endless desert and the inspiring Himba people.

Day 3: Visiting the Spitzkoppe Rocks

Today, admire the stunning and incredible rocks of Spitzkoppe that are open to climbing as well. If you are an enthusiast, opt to climb one of these rocks and if not, simply admire the beauty of these rocks from a distance. Plan a small picnic at one of the scenic spots and enjoy a lavish lunch. Following that, retire to your resort for the night.

Day 4: Watching Sunrise over Sossusvlei

Sossusvlei is one of the best places in Namibia, famous for the stunning sunrise you must witness during your trip. Keeping this in mind, sleep early so you can wake up before dawn and leave for the Sossusvlei desert, where sand dunes cliffs mark the world's best sunrise moment. In a bid to witness the mesmerizing view of the sunrise sliding off the red sand dunes, reaching the gate of Namib-Naukluft around 4 AM.

Since waking up earlier than 4 and reaching the gate on time is not easy. You may not get to witness the sunrise even after waking up early in the morning and struggling with the long queues at the gate. To avoid this, plan to stay overnight in one of the nearby camps. So, stay in the camp, wake up at 4 AM, and enter the Namib-Naukluft to witness the most beautiful sunrise you have ever watched. 

Day 5: Heading to Etosha National Park

To add a wild turn to your Namibia Safari adventure, go to the famous Etosha National Park. Enjoy your breakfast before leaving for Etosha. Enjoy the scenic and winding drive, which will take you to Etosha by late evening. An en-route lunch and a few stopovers will keep you full and engaged during the drive. Stay in one of the famous lodges of Etosha, where you can relax and sleep overnight.

Day 6: Natural Etosha National Park

The next morning, start the adventurous bog game drives in the Etosha National Park. A local bushman will take you to the park's many trails, where you can spot as many animals as you can count. From lions to zebras, elephants to hyenas, and rhinos to countless birds, the wildlife to witness and admire are many in the park, which reassures the fun and adventure you will have in Etosha. The roads in the park are not terrible; hence, you can think of self-driving for an intimate game drive.

Day 7: Visiting Swakopmund

Your last destination on the trip will be charming Swakopmund. A short charter flight will wing you to Swakopmund for lunch. After this, another short flight will take you to the little Kulala situated in the unending Namib-Naukluft Reserve. Here, you will have significant close-ups with mother nature, and all of them will be as unique as the previous one.
