They are tolerant people, any clothing style is acceptable to them, wearing shorts and jeans are okay but cloths with hole, shorts and exposed shoulders or short skirts may be unacceptable in many temples. Mulberry trees are highly cultivated by the farmer and the produced silk is used to make silk clothing in Thailand and other parts like USA and France etc. The Bangkok is called “Venice of East” famous for its floating market, they serve as the tourist attractions, this is one of the reason is to allow domestic and international tourists to get the experience of riverside shopping culture.
Thailand is surrounded to the west by Myanmar and the Indian Ocean, to the south and East by Malaysia and Gulf of Thailand, to the east by Cambodia and the north and east by Laos and the central Thailand is dominated by the Chao Phraya River. The hilly forested region connects Thailand with Malaysia.
Weather and Climate
Between March and May, the weather of Thailand is generally very hot. The monsoon season run from June to October, but the client is still hot and humid with torrential rain. The best time of travelling to Thailand is November to February.
Government and Economy
Thailand is only the country in Southeast Asia which was never ruled by any European power. After a revolution in 1932 a constitutional monarchy was established. Here King, who is the leader of the country, appoints the Prime Minister of the country.
