Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Havana

Today you begin your Cuba journey by boarding your international flight to Havana. On reaching Havana, you will be met by a private guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel located in the center of Old Havana.

Day 2: Havana

Today morning, get ready to enjoy a private 2 to 3-hour tour of modern Havana, riding in a vintage American convertible.

Havana is often considered as being trapped in a time zone, thanks to the stylish retro cars roaming the streets and the pounding blend of colonial and art deco design. While we love the classic vibe of Havana, the city also offers so much more to explore in the here and now. Embark on a Havana city tour that will introduce you to Afro-Cuban religion, showing you the broken beauty that defines the city’s splendid, UNESCO-listed architecture, while also teaching you about what remains today of la Revolucion. Later finish it all with a mojito in La Habana Vieja.

Day 3: Cienfuegos

Located on the Caribbean coast of southern-central Cuba, Cienfuegos is an enthralling place to visit. With its vibrant facades, wide streets and quaint French colonial architecture, it rightfully deserves the Pearl of the South title.

Founded in 1819 by the French, Cienfuegos is one of the latest Cuban settlements and feels a lot different to the rest of the country. So make sure to include this scenic town in your must-see list when planning a Cuba tour.

Today, you'll meet your fellow cruise-mates at the Melia Cohiba Havana for a shared coach ride to Cienfuegos where you'll embark on the Variety Voyager and begin your cruise.

Day 4: Cienfuegos

Today, you'll have an opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the colonial streets of Trinidad, which is one of Cuba's best-preserved cities. Have lunch at a local restaurant before returning back to the boat and setting sail for Isla de la Juventud.

Day 5: Cienfuegos

Most of your day today will be spent at sea relishing the Cuban coastline and the boat's facilities.

Day 6: Cienfuegos

This morning, you’ll reach Juventud Island, where you'll embark on a sweeping tour of the island including a visit to an art school and also the maternity ward of a local hospital to see Cuba's famous healthcare program. Later in the afternoon, you will have enough time to explore Nueva Gerona at leisure.

Day 7: Cienfuegos

In Maria La Gorda, situated on Cuba's northwest tip, you'll make your way to an elementary school to connect with the children and teachers and discuss the distinctive education system on the island. Afterward, you'll head out to Guanahacabibes National Park, enjoying the largest nature reserve in the country.

Day 8: Cienfuegos

This morning, get ready to sail around the northern coast of Cuba with the coast of Florida just out of the side to your left before you land in Havana for a walking tour of the Old Town.

Day 9: Cienfuegos

Today's Havana tour will take you off to Fusterlandia, which is the studio of Jose Rodriguez Fuster, a Cuban native artist, who has converted a neighborhood into a Gaudi inspired blend of colors and shapes. Relish lunch in the city which will be followed by some free time to explore on your own.

Day 10: Havana

This morning, the cruise comes to an end and you'll be escorted to your hotel to enjoy your final day at leisure.

Day 11: Departure Back Home

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and transfer you to the international airport for your onward flight back home.
