Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Vatican City

After you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and head straight to your hotel where you can enjoy a hot bath which will make you feel fresh and ready for the city tour. It will be your first day at Vatican City. This city is the headquarter of the Roman Catholic Church and is a city-state which is surrounded by Rome. The sun filled days and hot summery nights represents that you are in Rome. Once you arrive, you will fall in love with the city. You can enjoy the great monuments, pizza, and stroll on the streets. Take proper rest during the night if you want to explore the city the next day. 

Day 2: Rome

After breakfast, take a walk along the ancient ruins which are scattered around the city. You can visit the Colosseum which is an oval Amphitheatre at the center of the city. This amphitheater speaks the ancient and powerful history of the Imperial Rome. The labyrinthine chambers, in which wild animals and gladiatorial contestants were once housed, is open to public now. Enjoy the Italian food along with lunch specialties like Caprese salad, Arancini, and fresh Pasta.

Day 3: Florence

To reach Florence, you will have to leave a little early from Rome and you can take a taxi or train as per your convenience. The city Florence is famous for Duomo Cathedral which also marks the entry into the city. Take a guided tour to explore the city and you can also learn the art of leather. Enjoy the night with Tuscan Love Affair which is an optional dinner which includes cured meats, olives, crostini, wine, and many more delicacies. You can also check out the Ponte Vecchio, and the Medici Palace.

Day 4: Venice

Day 5: Ljubljana

Day 6: Plitvice

Day 7:  Split

The harborside city of Split is the next city that you can tick off from the bucket list. The seafront glory and the sun-soaked beaches are one of the unique features of the city. The old town of Split and the Diocletian Palace are few places which portray the ancient history of Croatia. Enjoy the local tastings and a traditional Croatian meal before you start exploring the city. This will be the last day of your trip to enjoy the dinner with all the group mates and to exchange farewell.
