This Europe vacation planner would sort your Spain tour while keeping a check on your pocket.

Highlights of the Trip:

Spain is one of the countries that receive the most tourists in the world and it’s not hard to see why. Its unique and distinctive architecture, its very pleasant weather all year long with mild winters and hot summers, its gastronomy, and its culinary culture, and, of course, its warm-spirited and welcoming people who will be pleased to speak to you, are but some of its many attractions. Spanish people are reputed to being some of the wildest party-makers and it is virtually impossible to spend a party-less week in Spain, especially during summer.   Spanish architecture combines old religious buildings with modern constructions signed by some of the world’s best-known architects. It is said that there isn’t a single village in Spain which doesn’t count at least one church, so you can imagine the immense number of Catholic buildings existing in the country, the tangible proof of the power that the Catholic Church has had (and still has) in Spain. The Spanish gastronomy is considered to be one of the healthiest in the world, and names like Ferran Adria and Carme Ruscalleda keep topping the best-chef rankings in the world.

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Spain’s Capital

Madrid is the great destinations to spend a quality time especially when it comes to take a short break or to spend a weekend. It is exceptionally classy and an elegant place with an ornate architecture. The place is appropriate for the lovers of fine art. Additionally, when it comes to Buen Retiro Park or Parque del Buen Retiro, it is considered as one of the most popular destinations for the tourists where the pool of water fountains and park’s greenery escape all the stress and worries of the people.

Day 2: Wander the castle in Xativa

Xativa is a picturesque town at the foot of a mountain. Its long and narrow alleys are definitely Instagram worthy as they showcase the very best of Spanish architecture. The main attraction is the castle at the top of the mountain which can be seen from any part of town. You can walk for 30 minutes to the top or you can take the tourist train to avoid arriving in sweat.  Xativa is known for its record-breaking summer temperatures so the best time to visit is spring or autumn. The castle has been well maintained so you can spend hours wandering the grounds and gardens learning about the dastardly adventurous of its previous inhabitants. You can get to Xativa in under an hour on a Cercanias train from Estacio del Nord.

Day 3: Appreciate The Nature’s Beauty In L'Albufera

L'Albufera is a freshwater lagoon located in the Gulf of Valencia. It is the largest lake in Spain and its surrounding nature park is home to a diverse collection of plants and wildlife. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to connect with nature. Spend the afternoon on a peaceful boat cruise on the lake or on an informative bus ride through the nature park.

Day 4: Discover Spain's secrets in Castellon de la Plana

The city has a lot to offer including vibrant orange groves and sandy beaches, natural parks and gorgeous architecture. Some of the most popular things to do include taking part in a walking tour of the city’s landmarks and visiting the lighthouse of Grao. After this, you can relax on the beaches until sunset and gather around the bonfire drinking sangria until sunrise. This would be one of the best things in the Europe vacation planner.

Day 5: Explore The Guadalest and Algar Falls

A little far from Valencia, but definitely it is worth visiting here you’ll find Guadalest. This mountainside town has so much to offer. From admiring the beautiful architecture along the cobbled streets to visiting the medieval torture museum, you’ll have a jam-packed day. But what makes the journey from Valencia really worth it lies just outside of Guadalest. This natural waterpark is a maze of pools and waterfalls carved into the side of the mountain. Settle into the natural jacuzzi or dive into the crystal clear waters of the lagoons to cool off after a long day in the Mediterranean sun.

Day 6: Departure

It’s time to pack your bags and leave for your hometown. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be escorted to the airport. Hope you like this Europe vacation planner.
