Bethesda's DiamondRock To Pay $495M For Hotels

Bethesda-based DiamondRock Hospitality Co. has agreed to buy for hotels from Blackstone Real Estate Partners for $495 million, and Blackstone will take a stake in DiamondRock as part of the deal. DiamondRock also plans a secondary stock offering to fund the acquisitions.
