Day 2-3: Climbing up the Table Mountains

If you are in Cape Town, you can not escape from visiting the imperious and stunning Table Mountains,  flat-topped mountains forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town in South Africa. Book a full-day private tour up to the height of Table Mountain and revel in being surrounded by the rocky mountains. Its not only the mountains that will draw your attention but the surroundings as well. Feel slimy kelp, beveled starfish and smooth hermit crabs, magnificent picturesque scenery, the impressive 17th century Castle of Good Hope (the countrys oldest colonial building), marvelous tree squirrels in the beautiful Company Gardens, and much more. Do not miss the magnificent panoramic views from Signal Hill.

Day 4: Wilderness Immersed in the Garden Route Coast

Though South Africa is a very safe place one can visit with a family, the image it has at the international level is the opposite. People become surprised when they visit South Africa and find the travel so easy and safe. Perhaps this is epitomized by the quality of the roads. The highways are quite seamless enough to make you get lost in the drive itself. You can have a car rented and simply enjoy a self-drive tour on the roads of South Africa. While enjoying all this, keep yourself away from the monkeys who are in abundant in SA.

A 30-minute canoeing is enough to give you a deeper and fuller experience that you will cherish throughout your life.

Day 6: Witness the Big Game Safari in Shamwari Private Game Reserve

When done with the canoeing, get ready to fly to Port Elizabeth, and then drive one hour to the stunning Shamwari Private Game Reserve. Its a lodge located in the southern portion of this expansive reserve, Riverdene is a fully fenced property extremely well suited to catering for children. This is the best place where kids can enroll themselves in some exciting activities while enjoying a South African Safari Holiday. From game driving to scrapbooking, visiting the rehabilitation centers to be a part of several cultural activities, this is a place no kid can feel bored. So, spend a day at Shamwari Private Game Reserve, if not for yourself, then for your lovely kids.
