This Uganda wildlife safari combines game drive with the African big 5 in various parks and sanctuary with Gorilla trekking tours in Bwindi National Park. The safari is stuffed with adventure from beginning to end and you won’t get bored for a moment.
Your trip will start from Kampala with Rhino trekking in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Ziwa rhino sanctuary extends peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings. Currently, the sanctuary is inhabiting twenty-two southern white rhinos. The sanctuary has become more popular with visitors; for Rhino Trekking, Shoebill Trek and Canoe Ride, Bird Watching, Night Walk, Nature Walk, and Amusement.
The next appeal is touring Murchison falls national parks, one of the greatest game parks to visit while in Uganda. The park is enriched with many charms including over 76 mammal species with four members of the big five, the lion, the leopards, the elephants, and the Buffaloes. The main attraction of your trip to Murchison Falls National Park is a Boat cruise to the foot of the Murchison falls, a spot. The boat trip upstream is very interesting and offers beautiful views of the falls and several wildlife species seen along the shores that include Buffaloes, Hippos, Crocodiles, waterbucks, and birds.
After Murchison, your next trip will be to Kibale National Park, a primatologist’s dream. It receives a population of more than 1,000 chimpanzees, of which one 80-strong community has been familiar with travelers

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP
In the early morning, you will be picked from your hotel in Kampala and start for Murchison Falls National park, visiting Ziwa Rhino sanctuary in the afternoon for Optional Rhino Tracking. After Rhino trekking for 1 hour, you will proceed to Murchison Falls NP with a stop for lunch. You will then hit the top of the falls and next drive to your lodge.
Day 2: Enjoy Game Drive and Ship Cruise
Early in the daybreak, you will have daylight game drives to get up with early risers like lion, leopard, hyenas, bushbucks, among others before they go back to their hiding areas. Return to the hotel and have breakfast, rest as you wait for lunch. After lunch, you will experience a boat cruise to the base of the Murchison falls, which will pay you with a view of the game as hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, elephants and also a variety of bird species.
Day 3: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park
Have an early morning breakfast and go to the park office for the chimpanzee instructions by the forest guide. You will spot the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then rush to the area from which they are calling. You will see more other chimpanzees such as the red colobus, black and white colobus, and the red-tailed monkey.
Day 4: Enjoy Chimpanzee Trekking Kibale Forest National Park
Have an early morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for the chimpanzee briefing by the forest guide. You will locate the chimps by listening for their pant-hooting calls, then hustle to the area from which they are calling. You will see more other primates such as the red colobus, black and white colobus, and the red-tailed monkey. After lunch, transfer to QENP reaching in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Enganzi Lodge/Kyambura Game Lodge/Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, start for Kampala. On your way to Kampala, you will have a beautiful view of the mountains, landscapes, and plantations. You will make various stopovers to do shopping and picture-taking, reaching Kampala in the afternoon. Transfer to your lodge for overnight or to the airport for a home flight.
