Day 1: Victoria Falls

Kick-start your Zimbabwe safari with a visit to the majestic Victoria Falls. Being the largest waterfall in the world, it deserves a full day attention that you can do by capturing it from different viewpoints. Enter the Victoria Falls National Park which entails a number of viewpoints to give you picture-perfect backdrops. You can start with the westernmost point known as Cataract View. Here, a series of steps will lead you down to the outlooks of Devil's Cataract which is a dramatic view of the largest falling waterfall in the world - Victoria Falls. After this, head towards the east to witness the drama with full 180-degree views. Continue exploring till you reaches the Danger Point where unfenced 100m drop-off awaits to rattle your nerves. Enjoy this full day tour with your loved ones and return to your hotel before the dark.

Day 2: Gonarezhou National Park

A 5000 sq km long Gonarezhou National Park is known to be the second largest park of Zimbabwe. The park shares its circumference with Mozambique which is a virtual extension of Kruger National Park. Visit it and you find it one of the scenic parks in the world you have ever seen. It boasts iconic cliffs, sandstones, rivers, and floodplains that add to its beauty. Day 3: Hwange National Park

The locals pronounce it as “wange-ee” which is because of the number of wildlife that resides in the park. The park is a home to 400 species of bird and 107 types of animals which is enough to give you reasons for a visit. The main highlight of Hwange National Park is the elephants who can be found in largest in the park. One of the largest populations of elephant resides in the dense forests of Hwange which the park is really proud of.

Day 4: Mana Pools National Park

If Hwange national park is for exploration and adventure, then Mana Pools is for feeling the charm and compact natural habitat. Mana Pools National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that makes game viewing wonderfully easy. Four pools of the park make it a complete water park populated by rumbustious hippo pods. The Zambezi River flows along the park’s northern edge, connecting it with Zambia’s Lower Zambezi National Park across the water. Day 5: National Gallery of Zimbabwe and Lake Kariba

Art is in the veins of Zimbabwe. In the southeast corner of Harare Gardens, you will find a snippet of the charismatic art Zimbabwe has in store for the travelers. There is a lovely gallery in Harare Gardens that entails a panoply of contemporary local, African and international art. You will get to be a part of art shows that happen monthly in the gallery. Then, comes the attached shop to the gallery which you will find always stocked up with crafts and books on Zimbabwean art. Spend a delightful day in the gallery to relax your nerves and refresh your brain. Once you are done with the gallery, head straight to the Lake Kariba to feel the tranquility around the rippling water of the lake.
