Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Your Arrival in Zambia

For your next vacations, you chose adventure over luxury and that’s why you are on the adventurous land of Zambia. The land where you may not find vibrant streets but rugged roads. The land where you might not see more people but more animals who roam freely on this majestic land. Your arrival in Zambia marks the beginning of a tour that is filled with adventure and surprises. With a private guide by your side, you will never feel different in this country. Relax in your lodge which might not be that luxurious but able to give you peaceful nights and rejuvenating mornings.

Day 2: Victoria Falls

Kick-start your Zambia Safari with the wonderful day at majestic Victoria Falls. This is the world’s largest waterfall that adds tons of beauty to Zambia. You can explore the entire area either by foot or by a private helicopter ride that flies above the waterfall. We need not mention how beautiful the backdrop would be for your Zambia Safari pictures. Walk along the walking track and follow the rumbling sound of the water. The way waterfalls from a sky-height on the river, it feels simply stunning. You will get mesmerized by the disappearance of water into the river when it touches the bottom. Return to your lodge for lunch and some outdoor activities.

Day 3: Chobe National Park

On this Zambia Safari Itinerary, next is the Chobe National park. Wake up early in the morning to begin a journey to one of the legendary places of Zambia - the Chobe National Park. In days one and two, you witnessed the scenic beauty of Zambia but the real purpose of visiting this African country is still untouched and it is the wilds. You haven’t spotted the giants and the wilds of Africa yet but don’t worry as today you will get to see them. After breakfast, step out with your guide for the magnificent Chobe River cruise. The advantage of leaving in the early morning is that you will get to feel the tranquility of this place. Throughout the morning, you will explore and follow the Chobe River while wandering your eyes over the remote corners of the river. In no time, you will spot the giant elephants quenching their thirst around the shores. See the adolescent elephants playing joyfully with the water. The best part is that your boat will give you the best opportunity to get close to them. Spend some time there before returning to your lodge.

Day 4: Linyanti Reserve

If the boat cruise did not give you enough moments to spend with the elephants, the big game safari at Linyanti Reserve will definitely give. Be on the dramatic big game safari in the deep forests of Linyanti Reserve. Follow the elephants to the farthest regions of the Chobe woodland to discover where they halt. This unfenced area of Linyanti gives these elephants a huge area to roam which they enjoy to the fullest. If you were expecting battles between the wild, this is the right place where you will get to see. If staying for a long hour, you may also get to spot the lions in some remote areas of the reserve. This Zambia Safari Itinerary would suggest you to keep your eyes wide open to spot the kings of this land.

Day 5: South Luangwa National Park and Departure

When on a safari, nothing is better than a private walking safari that gives you an opportunity to spot the wilds more closely. If this is what you were looking for, reach South Luangwa National Park that offers a private walking safari to the remote areas of the park. However, you may not be allowed to walk alone. They will allow you a local guide who will take you to the inner areas of the park. So, be ready to spot the long-necked Giraffes, the zebras, and elephants once again. After exploring the park to the fullest, return to your lodge for a farewell meal and departure.
